How Dynamic.ly uses website and pilot data.
- Effective
- July 2026
- Version
- 1.0
- Review status
- Owner and counsel review required before pilot contract use
What we collect
- Website forms: the details you type (name, restaurant, email, message) and nothing you don't.
- Pilot operations: invoices, menus, recipes, inventory counts, and POS sales data where you choose to connect it, supplied by you to run your pilot.
- Basic technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) required to operate and secure the service.
What we use it for
- Replying to you, running your pilot, and computing your restaurant's own margin intelligence.
- Margin Notes, only if you subscribed, only until you unsubscribe.
- We do not sell personal data. We do not use your restaurant's data to train shared models or to benchmark competitors.
Who can see it
- Your data is visible to you and to the small Dynamic.ly team operating your pilot.
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) process data on our instructions under their own contractual protections.
- No advertising networks. No data brokers.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions: until handled, then archived for correspondence.
- Pilot data: for the duration of the pilot plus a wind-down period, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
- Deletion on request: email privacy@dynamicly.app and we delete your data, confirmed in writing.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you; ask for a copy; ask for correction; ask for deletion.
- Unsubscribe from Margin Notes with one click in any issue.
- This policy will be updated as the product grows; material changes are dated and announced on this page.
